I’m Nancy White, Nurse Practitioner. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Kent State University and my Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Wyoming.
About 5 years ago my quality of sleep tanked. Menopause was behind me and since I had minimal problems with hot flashes or other annoying menopausal symptoms I did not realize that menopause, and declining hormones, were the culprits causing my sleep problems. Using a little bioidentical estrogen returned me to sweet sleep within a week. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others replace hormones to help them feel their best.
Waning and unbalanced hormones can cause sleep problems, moodiness, hot flashes, anxiety, low libido, and depression for both women and men. Loss of hormones can also contribute to life-threatening problems such as heart disease and osteoporosis. By replacing and balancing hormones I’ve been able to help so many improve their quality of life – and that makes me feel good!
